Cedar was purchased in September 2002 from Kidds Creek Vizslas in Iowa.  He is from a strong hunting background and is quite the natural.  He is hard driven and very birdy.  He takes his field work very seriously.  Unfortunately, due to a leg injury as a young puppy he developed hip dysplasia in his injured leg and had to be neutered.  It does not slow him down in the field at all, however.  Cedar also loves the water and will do any retrieve asked of him. 

Cedar has earned 3 of his 4 legs towards his Senior Hunter title.  We are hoping to finish the last leg in the fall of 2010 when the hunt test season begins again.
